Fiscalizei launches Fiscalizei Agents: your company's AI in one place, with predictable spend and everything audited

A new desktop app lets every employee use Claude Code, Codex and other AI tools with default permissions, recorded prompts, skills shared across teams and admin approval.

Fiscalizei, a company based in Curitiba, Brazil, announced Fiscalizei Agents, a platform for companies that want to move AI from individual use into the daily operation, with cost control, security and auditability.

At the core of the platform is a desktop app any employee can use. Tools such as Claude Code, Codex and other AI assistants are called through the app, which applies the company's default permissions and records the prompts of every run. That way, the company knows who accessed each tool and what was shared.

Predictable spend is one of the main goals. Token usage is monitored per person, team and skill, with limits and alerts before the budget runs over. The idea is to end the surprise on the month-end invoice.

Teams can create new agents and skills in a controlled way: the admin approves them before they apply to everyone. Once approved, a skill can be shared with other teams and scheduled to run. Every run is saved automatically to the history.

The platform includes a no-code agent studio. People who know the process build the agent from a goal, reference documents, examples of deliverables and rules. One intended use is supporting junior consultants with the way experienced professionals work.

Before each run, the app also gives employees feedback: it flags when an approved skill already exists for that request, when sensitive data is involved, when context is missing and what the run should cost.

Supported activities include monitoring applications without relying on RPAs that cover only part of an operation's variables, generating test scripts and plans that are saved for reuse, and integrating with ticketing tools, Outlook, Excel and Word.
